Planning a gathering? 

Since 1994 we've been hand crafting and bringing to the table our delicious buffet-style feasts and delivering them with meticulous care. To elevate your event, customizable serving staff arrangements may be available with advanced notice. While our Smokehouse is seasonal, our LDHH Permitted, Large Batch Kitchen, located on our rural Tangipahoa Parish property, is ready year-round. This setup allows us to be a dedicated prepare, cook, and deliver service, ensuring you get fantastic food for your budget!
